Concentrated oil for therapeutic function of orange
Therapeutic indications:
Essential oils are volatile compounds extracted from plants by processes of distillation, compression of shells and nuts, as well as solvent extraction. Essential oils have a therapeutic function because, despite their apparent simplicity, they are made up of powerful chemicals such as antibiotics and antiseptics.
Orange (Citrus aurantium) - Anti-spasmodic and nervous system relaxant. It awakens joy and enthusiasm and, at the same time, calms down. Opens the appetite and helps in the treatment of digestion problems. It has rejuvenating and revitalizing action on the skin. it is antiseptic, bactericidal, acts against fevers, colds and bronchitis. Activates circulation, acting against obesity, cellulite and fluid retention. On the emotional level, it stimulates impulses, initiative, agility, energy, creativity and joy.
Composition:
Orange oil – 20 ml.
Dosage and Administration:
When using an essential oil for the first time, it is advisable to do a test to see if using it causes an allergic reaction: mix a drop of the oil you are going to use, in a coffee spoon, with Sweet Almond Oil and rub it into the crook of your elbow. If the skin reddens within 24 hours, it means that you are sensitive to the product and should not use it.
MASSAGE - To formulate a sufficient amount for a massage, add 2 to 3 drops of essential oil to each tablespoon of vegetable oil base.
COMPRESSES - Place 5 to 10 drops of essential oil in a container with warm water; soak a towel in this mixture and apply to the affected area. Repeat to keep the area covered and warm.
BATHS - Add 4 to 8 drops of essential oil to a tub of warm water. In case of sensitive skin, dilute the essences in a teaspoon of vegetable oil. Use 3 to 5 drops in foot bath or immersion bath.
INHALATION - Add 5 to 6 drops of essential oil in a container of boiling water. Place a towel over your head and the container and inhale the steam for a few minutes. Another alternative is to put 3 to 4 drops on a tissue and sniff it quickly.
AROMATIZATION - Add a few drops of essential oil to a spray bottle of water. In scented candles, put a tablespoon of warm water with a few drops of the oil. To maintain the water level, top up with lukewarm water.

Warnings:
Never use essential oil in its pure form. In order not to irritate the skin, they should always be mixed with an oily base, such as sweet almond oil. Use a small amount of any oil in any type of treatment.
If you are pregnant or are planning a pregnancy, do not use the oils without the advice of a qualified aromatherapist.
Essential oils are flammable, are for external use and should not be ingested.
Always close the bottle caps tightly (as the oils evaporate) and store them in a cool place, keeping them away from direct sunlight, other sources of light and radiators.
Keep essential oils out of the reach of children and pets.
Essential oils are highly concentrated substances that must be handled very responsibly.
The same oil should not be used for more than three weeks.
If necessary, there should be a one week interval between a new application in order to increase the effectiveness of the treatment.
The careful use of these substances is imperative, always opting for an excess of zeal and never the opposite.
Do not use in cases of hypertension and epilepsy.
