The D. Torrejano Chinese ink is based on shellac and carbon black, it is suitable for writing and washes, and is applied as a background for scratch-off letters and diluted in water to create warm shades of gray on the ink . The quality of D. Torrejano Chinese ink is unalterable regardless of the working method. It offers good resistance to water and light, excellent fluidity on the feather and great flexibility. All colors are transparent, except black (shake well before using), they mix with each other. Once dry, they are indelible and several layers of paint can be superimposed. D. Torrejano Chinese ink is very intensely black when used pure.
