How much is 1 point worth?

1 point is worth €0.05 and can be exchanged for a voucher (of that amount) or accumulated with other points to be redeemed later.

What do I need to do to earn points?

One way to earn points is to simply complete a purchase and wait for the status of that order to change to "shipped". After this change, you will automatically receive the points awarded in your customer account.

What is the minimum order value necessary to be awarded any points?

The minimum amount to receive 1 point is just €1;

And for every €1 spent, you always receive 1 point.

For example:

On a completed/"shipped" order worth *€41.29, you will immediately accumulate 41 points in your customer account.
(*shipping costs not included)

When can I exchange points for Voucher / Discount Voucher?

Once you have the points available in your account you can do it.

All customers registered in our store will receive a voucher, each Birthday, and to enjoy it for up to 30 days.

- For this purpose, it is the customer's birthday date that counts for the calculation.
In other words, on their anniversary date each customer, a voucher/discount will be sent to be used in a new order >39€.

- Only customers who subscribe to our newsletter will receive voucher information in their registration email.

- It is the customer's responsibility to check their email inbox, namely, the spam/junk box in order not to lose the offer, at the risk of its validity expires.
