It is important to highlight that most of our orders are delivered within a maximum of 48 business hours.
Returns
You may request a return at the time of delivery or up to 14 days after receiving your order.
At the time of delivery
If you detect any anomaly (e.g., damaged packaging, missing item), you must record it on the carrier's delivery note and indicate whether you want a replacement or a refund.
General conditions
- Items must be returned in perfect condition, complete and in their original packaging.
- For returns due to customer withdrawal or error, shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
- Orders returned due to customer absence or refusal will be partially refunded, with the corresponding initial shipping costs deducted.
Refunds are processed up to 30 days after the receipt and approval of the returned products.
Right of Withdrawal
Under Decree-Law No. 143/2001, of April 26, the customer has 14 days to cancel the contract without any justification, starting from the date of order receipt.
Only in the case of a product defect will return shipping costs be covered by the manufacturer/supplier.
⚠ Only products returned due to defect or shipping error that are complete and in their original packaging will be accepted.
Incomplete, used, or damaged products will not be accepted.
How to proceed with a return
Simply send an email to [email protected] within a maximum of 14 days after delivery.
After validation, the refund will be issued via bank transfer within up to 8 days, upon receipt of the necessary bank details (IBAN, bank name, and account holder).
